1. Training Period (3 Months)
- Comprehensive Learning: Participate in an intensive 3-month training program focused on key SAP SuccessFactors modules, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management, and SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management.
- Core Module Selection: Candidates are required to choose one module—Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, or Compensation Management—as their core specialisation, which will shape their learning focus and future project assignments.
- Expert-Led Sessions: Attend live workshops, mentoring sessions, and expert-led webinars to deepen understanding and gain industry insights.
- Skill Assessment: Undergo regular evaluations to ensure proficiency and readiness for the next phase of the program and client project engagements.
2. Virtual Bench Applicant (VBA) Period (3 Months)
- Simulated Work Projects: Apply your training in a simulated client environment to prepare for real-world projects.
- Collaborative Learning: Work closely with peers, mentors, and trainers on collaborative tasks and mock deployments.
- Performance Reviews: Receive consistent feedback to improve your technical and professional skills.
3. Transition to Client or Vendor Deployment
- Interview-Based Deployment: Employees will not be taken on NGCHR's payroll until they are successfully deployed through client or NGCHR-approved vendor interviews.
- Post-Deployment Employment: Upon successful selection, candidates may be placed on the client's or vendor's permanent payroll, depending on the project structure.
- Working Conditions: Deployed employees must adhere to the working policies, rules, and conditions of the respective client or vendor organization.
Important Notes
- NGCHR does not guarantee any deployment unless suitable opportunities exist at the time of your completion.
- The contribution made by the employee is non-refundable, as it is used to cover costs related to training, system access, official domain/email services, and administrative overhead during the Training and VBA periods.
- This program is structured as a career accelerator, and success depends on the candidate’s performance, readiness, and ability to clear deployment interviews.
