NGCHR delivers tailored SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation services. Through our solutions, we help businesses digitize and optimize core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and employee engagement. Our delivery model ensures practical, scalable, and sustainable transformation in human capital operations.

As part of our commitment to developing next-generation SAP SuccessFactors professionals, NGCHR has launched a structured career enablement path that includes a 3-month Training Period followed by a 3-month Virtual Bench Applicant (VBA) Period.

• Training Period (3 Months):
  Participants receive hands-on training, access to live systems, domain-based assignments, and industry-led mentoring in SAP SuccessFactors.
   
• Virtual Bench Applicant (VBA) Period (3 Months):
  Candidates participate in mock projects, simulations, and collaborative learning environments to build job readiness and client-facing skills.
   

Important Policy Disclosure:
NGCHR does not guarantee any client or vendor deployment post-training. Employment with NGCHR will only commence upon successful placement through client or NGCHR-vendor interviews. Until such deployment occurs, candidates will not be placed on NGCHR payroll. Upon successful deployment, candidates may join the client’s or vendor’s payroll as full-time employees and will be expected to adhere to their policies, processes, and working conditions.
 

Non-Refundable Contribution Notice:
The contribution paid by the candidates is non-refundable, as it covers essential services such as expert training, licensed system access, domain usage, and official email services during the Training and VBA periods.
